Hey everyone! I've been asked to hold part of our clusters meeting tomorrow and I just finished typing this up after listening to over an hours worth of a conference meeting. Whew!! Stopping and pausing and writing, while telling my 3 children, okay, its bedtime!! Anyways, will you please let me know what you think? I learned some things myself and thought this document is great because everyone can use a refresher on this topic!! Recruiting!! Hopefully by doing this I will be a director by the end of the year!

Take care and thanks for reading it over!!:D
