Recruiting Motivation Messages

In summary, this website encourages people to start home-based businesses, but it's not possible to pay for internet advertising. If a print ad includes an online feature, the cost is an exception to the rule.
I got this link in an e-mail today. I am thinking participating in this is 'against the rules'. http://startahomepartybusiness.com/advertise/

Unfortunately, it is against the rules Robyn. We can't pay for internet advertising at all. If we are doing a newspaper ad (and it's not one of the top 100 newspapers that PC already advertises in) ... and if the online feature is included in the print ad price, it's an exception to the rule. But we can't pay extra for online advertising or pay for online only advertising.

Even if we could do this the cost is pretty high. Why is it there are so many entities trying to suck in home-based business people to spend their hard earned money on these type of things. Even on FB they advertise for us to advertise....
