New Recruit Letter

In summary, to keep your recruit excited and engaged while she waits to start her business in November, make sure to send her a warm and welcoming email or letter, share updates and success stories, and check in with her every 1-2 weeks. This will help build a strong foundation for your working relationship and keep her motivated to join when the time comes.

Does anyone have a letter that they use when they have a recruit that wants to sign up but cannot start for a month are two. Something to welcome them to the team and help you stay in touch with them. How do you keep them excited? How often do you contact them? By phone, e-mail? Thank you for any help. I have a lady really excited but she cannot do her opening until Nov. I don't want to lose her.

Hi there! I have a few suggestions for you on how to keep your recruit excited and engaged while she waits to start her business in November. First, make sure to send her a warm and welcoming email or letter expressing your excitement to have her join the team. This will not only make her feel valued, but also keep her motivated to join when the time comes.

To keep her excited, you can also send her updates on any new products or promotions that are coming up. This will give her a taste of what's to come and keep her interested in the business. Additionally, you can share success stories from other team members or any training materials that she can start reviewing in the meantime.

In terms of frequency of contact, I would suggest checking in with her every 1-2 weeks to see how she's doing and if she has any questions. You can do this through email or phone, whichever method she prefers. This will also give you the opportunity to remind her of the upcoming launch date and keep her excited about starting her business.

Overall, the key is to make sure she feels supported and valued during this waiting period. This will not only help her stay excited, but also build a strong foundation for your working relationship in the future. I hope this helps and best of luck with your recruit!
