My First Recruiting Interview...

In summary, a recruiting interview is a formal meeting between a recruiter and a potential candidate for a job or position. During the interview, the candidate can expect to be asked questions about their background, experience, and skills. It is important to prepare by researching the company and the job position, reviewing your resume, and practicing common interview questions. Dressing professionally and avoiding common mistakes such as being late, not researching the company, and being insincere in your answers are also important.

I've had several people tell me they are interested in the business opportunity and really sound like they're going to sign. But-there's always a but- they bail.

I have my very "formal" recruiting interview Thursday evening and would love some tips on word choices, etc. so that she doesn't turn tail and run like the rest!

Thank you!

What do you mean by "formal"? When are they indicating they'll sign, and when are they bailing? Before, during, after an info session?

I can try and help, but (as you said, always a but =P) it would help to know the above. What do you think is the prob?
