Congratulations on getting your first recruit! That's a huge accomplishment and it's great that she approached you. It shows that you are doing something right and that people are interested in what you have to offer. As for your question, here are some things that you can go over with your new recruit:1. Product knowledge: Make sure your recruit is familiar with the products you offer and how they work. This will help her to effectively sell them and answer any questions potential customers may have.2. Compensation plan: Explain how your company's compensation plan works and how she can make money through sales and building a team.3. Training and support: Let her know that she has your support and that you will be there to help her every step of the way. Also, point her towards any training materials or resources that your company provides.4. Marketing and sales strategies: Share your own tips and strategies for marketing and selling products. This could include social media, events, or networking.5. Personal goals and expectations: Find out what your recruit's goals and expectations are for joining your team. This will help you to support her in achieving them.6. Time commitment: Discuss the time commitment that is required for this business and how she can balance it with her other responsibilities.7. Company policies and procedures: Go over any important policies and procedures that your recruit should be aware of, such as return policies, shipping procedures, and customer service guidelines.8. Success stories: Share success stories from other members of your team or from the company in general. This will help to motivate and inspire your recruit.9. Set up a plan: Work together to set up a plan for your recruit's first few weeks in the business. This will help her to stay on track and feel supported.10. Have fun! Finally, don't forget to have fun and enjoy the journey with your new recruit. Building a team is an exciting and rewarding experience, so make sure to celebrate every step of the way. Good luck!
