I have studied and learned the psychology...but to witness and observe and NOT do anything!?! How does one assume someone else took "care of this"? after 2.5 HOURS!?!

It's horrible, absolutely horrible. I cannot believe that it took place on a school campus during a dance. There are some serious lack of supervision and security issues for a 2.5 hour ordeal like that to occur, I guess it starts with the fact that 20 people saw and said nothing. :(
