Right...this is why I LOVE my job. They were interested in becoming a Pampered Chef so I invited them over to my house, made the loaded baked potato chowder (which I love by the way) had my director come over too and we just answered their questions. How cool is it that in our job we can have a party and work at the same time.

What a great idea, btw - to invite all of them over at once. I'm guessing everyone gets excited and they all inspire each other.
Plus, they'll all be 'newbies' and learning together...
