If the bride wants to make exchanges and she recived the items as gifts and wouldn't have a reciept how does she exchange items?

If it was purchased under her bridal registry, HO should be able to track that. If it was purchased outside of a PC registry, just do a gift receipt from the person who bought it to the bride & she should be able to use the receipt to do a return/exchange.
