Why would an order submission fail?

Can I be my own customer on a catalog show I am hosting?

Any other ideas?

eta: Nevermind - I just tried it again and it went through. Weird.

Can you say....hic-cup??!!?? I've had this happen before too, but then like you, it eventually does.
