I'm trying to download orders from the website but it doesn't even recognize the show. In fact, none of my current shows are showing up as an option in PP3 to download from the website. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Did you mark the order as reviewed? You can't download them until you go to your PWS and mark them. THEN you should be able to go to P3 and download.

The orders are reviewed but that doesn't matter. It doesn't see ANY of my current shows. Guess I'll be calling tech support.
