My team is finally getting the recruiting bug !!! I promoted in November, and was a bit concerned about the new Career path,. thinking "great, it took me 3 years to promote, and I am going to lose it", but then I decided "no, I would rather promote to Advanced Director at National Conference !!! " So, my recruit that signed in Decembebr signed her 2nd recruit yesterday, and 2 others on the team are working with recruit leads. The one who has her 2nd recruit, has a goal of promoting to Director by June 1st. I think the key is to just get the recruiting bug in the team, and they will do it. Help them to see the vision.
