I am fairly new and this will be my first year filing taxes for PC....I have had several shows since I started where I was both the host and the consultant.
Since I earned free and discounted product and used those benefits is that information included on the 1099 that I'll receive from Home Office? How do I account for that in filing my taxes?

Thanks,
Dawn

No, if you were the host you don't get anything. You don't have to account for it--you got free stuff!

The free and discounted products you received as a host or consultant should be reported as income on your tax return. This income will be included on the 1099 form that you receive from Home Office. When filing your taxes, you will report this income on Schedule C (Form 1040), which is used to report self-employment income. You will also be able to deduct any related business expenses, such as mileage and supplies, on this form. It is important to keep accurate records of all your income and expenses related to your Pampered Chef business for tax purposes. If you have any questions or concerns about how to report your income and expenses, it is recommended to consult with a tax professional or accountant.
