Well you can conference call with your director when she does the training calls (so you can start learning how to coach/train a new consultant later on). Basically I think our responsibilities as consultants and future directors is just to try to keep our recruits excited and do whatever you can to motivate them and give them ideas. Their success will help you financially so it's worthwhile to help as much as you can. And you will gain a new friend too ~ the best part!
