My supply order hasn't arrived yet. So would it be better to use the old ($4 S&H) sales receipts, or print off OOF's? If I do OOF's then I'll have to mail out official ones later. But is that better than editing the old ones and explaining the change in S&H?

I have used my old ones just because I don't want to waste them and hand-write the correct shipping amount. Nobody has raised an eyebrow.

Yeah, I hate seeing them go to waste. I'm changing them right now. I guess if anyone buys the glass stuff, then I'll just print them a new one from P3 later.

I'm still using the old receipts, I'm finally almost out. I just changed the shipping to $4.25.

Me too. I mainly use the old ones when I am taking orders offline or from emails or by phone. I use the "new" receipts when I do a Cooking Show. I give Catalog Show Hosts 5-10 OOFs and tell them to copy them if they need more!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between old sales receipts and OOF's in relation to supply orders?

Old sales receipts refer to the previous documentation used for tracking sales and orders, while OOF's (Order of Fulfillment) are the updated system used for processing supply orders. The transition to OOF's allows for more streamlined tracking and fulfillment of orders, particularly in light of the recent changes in shipping and handling fees.

How does the $4 shipping and handling change affect my supply orders?

The $4 shipping and handling change means that there is a new flat rate for shipping supplies, which may differ from previous rates. This change is designed to simplify the shipping process and provide more predictable costs for consultants when ordering supplies.

What should I do if my old sales receipts do not match my current OOF records?

If you notice discrepancies between your old sales receipts and your current OOF records, it is important to contact Pampered Chef support for assistance. They can help you reconcile any differences and ensure that your records are accurate and up-to-date.

Can I still use old sales receipts for supply orders after the $4 S&H change?

While you may still have old sales receipts, it is recommended to transition to using OOF's for all future supply orders. The new system is designed to accommodate the recent changes in shipping and handling, and using OOF's will ensure that your orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
