I had been emailing back and forth with a gal that wanted to have a show and she didn't know when she wanted to do it. After a couple of weeks emailing back and forth I didn't hear from her. Last weekend I had a craft fair and she apparently saw my table, dropped by and took some catalogs and material about signing up.
Today I got a phone call from her and she said she still wanted to have a show but she knows my November schedule is really full, so she said, "I'm going to make this easy for both of us... I think I just want to sell it." I was like, OMG really??? Of course I didn't say that but that's how I felt.
So she's filling out her consultant agreement online now and I'm soooo EXCITED!!! http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g239/jessicafawn/smilies/hapydancsmil-1.gif

Just thought I'd share...

congratulations!! Keep going!

Congratulations!!!!

Congratulations!!! Very EXCITING!!!:D

Isn't it cool when they ask you to be their Recruiter?? I had a lady do that but her son has had health issues, so I have been kinda backing off. Hopefully she will sign soon. At this point, I wouldn't mind if she waited to qualify till after January 1st so I get Disney points!

So she's filled out everything online and I got the email that was sent to her welcoming her to PC. She just emailed me a few questions... here they are ...
"It didn't saying anything about a debit card or credit card, and I didn't get a chance to do a website. Will I get these options when I get my stuff, or did I do something wrong?" I can't remember how long it took to get this info and if I had to wait until I got my kit or not... Help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it takes a little while to get the debit card set up. They will let her submit shows using her own bank card for a little while.

Also, if she qualifies within her first 30 days, she get a web site for FREE for 90 days!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the significance of E-Mails in recruiting for Pampered Chef?

E-mails are a crucial tool in recruiting for Pampered Chef as they allow you to reach out to potential recruits in a professional and personal manner. They can be used to share information about the business opportunity, provide details about upcoming events, and follow up with interested individuals. A well-crafted e-mail can spark interest and encourage a conversation about joining your team.

How can Craft Fairs help in recruiting new team members?

Craft fairs provide a unique opportunity to meet potential recruits face-to-face. By setting up a booth, you can showcase Pampered Chef products and engage with attendees. This personal interaction allows you to build relationships, answer questions, and share your own success stories, making it easier to recruit individuals who are interested in starting their own business.

What role do phone calls play in the recruiting process?

Phone calls are an effective way to follow up with individuals who have shown interest in the Pampered Chef opportunity. They allow for a more personal touch compared to e-mails and can help clarify any questions or concerns potential recruits may have. A phone call can also convey enthusiasm and commitment, making it more likely for someone to consider joining your team.

How can I effectively combine E-Mails, Craft Fairs, and Phone Calls for recruiting?

To effectively combine these methods, start by collecting contact information at craft fairs. After the event, send personalized e-mails to thank attendees for visiting your booth and provide additional information about the business opportunity. Follow up with phone calls to those who expressed interest, allowing for a deeper conversation and addressing any questions they may have. This multi-channel approach increases your chances of successfully recruiting new team members.

What should I include in my recruiting E-Mails?

Your recruiting e-mails should include a warm greeting, a brief introduction about yourself and your Pampered Chef journey, details about the benefits of joining your team, and an invitation to discuss further. Including a call-to-action, such as scheduling a phone call or inviting them to an upcoming event, can also encourage a response and keep the conversation going.
