I am just wondering...for those of you that seem to have constant success at recruiting, what do you do? I had 3 potential signups during the July-August promotion, and they all fell through. Pretty much all of them in financial strains and could not swing the startup fee at this time, even knowing they could get up to 50% back in the first month....sigh. I really want to advance, but I also do not want to be a nag to people...worrying that maybe I don't push hard enough when I am worrying about pushing too hard! HELLP!!

Take the recruiting online training courses and some teleclasses. Ask to be on 3-way calls with your director when s/he is doing recruiting calls. Ask to go to recruiting interviews. Ask everyone if it is a no now, or no never. FOLLOW-UP! You never know when the right time is!
