I received box 1 of 2 of my supplies yesterday and did a search for the other package and it said "delivery exception"? What does that mean??
Should I wait or call HO?

Theoretically it means that they tried to deliver it but, for whatever reason, couldn't. If you don't have it tomorrow, I'd suggest that you call the HO.

in a business it means it was closed when they went to deliver-In this case it was coming to your home--Maybe it didn't get loaded on the truck?? Call pc they will look it up--There will be a lot of that in FL tomorrow due to fay--

It looks like maybe it missed the truck, cause I checked again today and it said Ship date for the 19th now.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a delivery exception with your second package of supplies. A delivery exception usually means that there was an issue with the delivery of the package, such as a delay or a problem with the address. I would recommend contacting the Home Office to see if they have any updates on the status of your package. They will be able to assist you further and hopefully resolve the issue. In the meantime, you can also track the package online to see if there are any updates. I hope this helps and that you receive your supplies soon. Happy cooking!
