Hmmm... how do we know when our subscription is up so we can choose this option? I know I'm a gold supporter right now but don't I need to renew this year first?

I forgot how I paid you last time, because I'm not using my paypal anymore. But I think I have awhile to go anyway...

Hey Greg, did you ever figure out the problem withmy Gold Member status? When I rejoined in March, I did Gold Supporter, then in April I screwed-up when I bought a membership for one of my consultants and bought another membership for myself - can you fix it for me?

A few questions...
1. My gold membership still has an expiration date of 2008, should this change?
2. Your gold description still has a 100 PM limit, didn't you kick that up to 300 or something?
3. My regular membership doesn't expire until 2009...do we just let that dwindle with gold then...?

Yes you can buy into Gold. You don't need to wait for the current subscription to end. :)

So to buy into Gold, we just pay $15 more? And do we just order the Gold subscription and then change the total amount at Paypal?

So what the heck does THAT mean? There's no expiry date there at all. Does that mean I'm already a lifer? Or that I'm overdue to pay (UH OH!) ?

No secret...I read...a lot...

It's not about what you know, it's more about knowing where to go to get the information!

I used to have a mind that remembered EVERYTHING! Now, 2 kids later, I have so much crammed in my head trying to keep up with 4 peoples' schedules that most things get pushed aside. Now rather than remembering every detail of everything, I remember the important things and how to get to the rest.

Jodi -

Do you have active subscriptions listed above the available subscriptions?

kcjodih
08-04-2008, 11:46 PM
?? I'm sorry Janet I don't understand your question.

When I went to User CP, miscellaneous, and then paid subscriptions it opened up to exactly what I pasted above. In the cost line it was ---- with an option to click and choose a price but that's it. Nothing showing what I currently have, no sign up date, no expiry date and no nothing saying active anywhere...
