No- I went to bed over an hour ago and once again could not fall asleep, so here I am back on CS in hopes that something will lull me to sleep...

I am supposed to be working too, but here I sit reading. I've been a lurker for a long time, but after NC decided to participate more and it's just gotten worse for me!!!

Who says CS is negative!? I like to think of Chefsuccess as "the cure" to a stale and stagnant PC business :) Chefsuccess is like vitamin C, you can never have too much :)

Both kids are in bed, my husband is sitting at his computer, playing World of Warcraft and I am sitting at my computer on CS. After 22 years together, this is what it has come down to... The honeymoon is over! Oh well, we really are happily married, maybe it's because we allow each other their "space".

lol Renee, we are going on 7 yrs and he is on the phone with his mother and I am sitting here on CS while my son and daughter getting the last min play in. I hear him doing the talk about how we are leaving on our son's birthday for a family reunion on my side which I am sure she isn't happy considering my hubby didn't travel out of state till we got married but that is a whole another issues....
But I find myself on here more and more lately probably to get info about things. But my hubby doesn't mind it at all and sometimes he will sit and read with me. I don't think we are addicts I think we are thirsty for knowledge

Thankfully I come on here in phases. I started when I was brand new and was on constantly. Then my biz was dwindling and I was frustrated so I kind of stayed away. As soon as I started getting bookings again I was right back on to refresh and find new ideas to use :)

Not confirming or denying that a secret society exists of course.

This is a great site for helping your business, and a wonderfully supportive community...but it's always good to do a sanity check once in a while: I suggest to my team member they take their timer for a full week and track how much time they are on here. Then ask themselves how much of that time was learning things to help them grow their business (more shows, better sales, time mgmt, team building, etc) and how much was because of the social environment. If the social time outweighs the business time, I recommend they go cold turkey for a couple days. (Unless ,of course, the social is more important to them their their business.) :chef:

LOL! Yep, it's definitely addictive....I'm at work and should be working, but thought I would come on here for a few while waiting for my lunch date. 'Cause, really, I can't really start any work in a few minutes, so I may as well be here....;)

Although I am not on as much as I used to be, I will never leave CS behind.
I am no longer working the business. I haven't said I will NEVER be back though.

Well I just signed up tonight and have already found a lot of great ideas and flyers that I have saved to my hard drive. I will take some of the advice about being careful not to linger a lot and not do the business. I'm really pretty new at it! I've got a great Hospitality Director here but my Upline is 3 hours away and I've never seen her or the lady that recruited me (and has since dropped out of PC). Thanks for all the great help!
