At my last gyno visit, they asked if they could take a picture of me in consultation with the doctor. Silly me, my brain didn't go to "Rae in a paper gown talking to the doctor while they both look at a plastic replica of the female reproductive system." Because I didn't actually ask any questions, I also didn't realize that it was going to be:


in the newspapers of three local towns

connected with an article about peri-menopause and menopause (I choose to believe that they decided to show that a young, attractive woman could be dealing with those issues by choosing me for the photo)


So, I was in the paper with no clothes on, but not naked. Trust me; no one wants to see that. :yuck:

I did just got news that DH cousins son was life flighted to the childrens hospital the other night in a comatose state. Due to a grand mal seizure of unknown causes. So sad.

I miss that big hair! it used to be naturally curly...all the medication ruined that. sniff-sniff...and it was in 1993- big hair was in back then and flat irons were not used like they are today.

Nah- this doctor normally has a 3 hour wait in the waiting room for any appointment after 1:00 pm- however due to the slightly elivated seriousness of my issue, they may get me in sooner.
