Follow Up to Wedding Registry Orders

Just curious to what everyone does to follow up with online wedding registry orders? Do you contact the person ordering? Are you sending them info?

I was wondering this too! I just received my first online wedding reg order. I am planning on calling the guest and thanking them and ask how easy/hard they found it to navigate on the website.

I have my first wedding registry and bridal shower coming up in May. I am anxious to hear this answer as well.

I usually send an email telling them who I am (Bride & Groom's PC consultant), thanking them for their order, giving them my contact info (phone number, email address, & website so they'll have it for their records), and letting them know I'd be happy to help them with any PC needs in the future.

I usually also include an invitation to sign up for my enewsletter.
