Two of them are very new and not qualified yet, and hoping to get this one off to a good start!! I have 2 other recruit leads too, so I'm looking at directorship VERY SOON!!!! :D

I believe in building strong relationships with both the company and the candidates. This involves understanding the company's needs and culture, as well as getting to know the candidates on a personal level to ensure a good fit. Additionally, I stay organized and communicate effectively throughout the process.

5. What do you enjoy most about being a recruiter?

I love being able to connect with talented individuals and help them find their dream job. It is also fulfilling to see the positive impact a new recruit can have on a company and its team. Plus, it's always exciting to reach milestones like signing my 5th recruit today! Yea, me!! :P
