Does anyone else have frequent problems with their website? At least 50% of the time when I am trying to add a show, revise, etc, I click the button and get the message saying the page is unavailable or has fatal errors. I have gotten orders off the site (it's paid for itself), but the frequent errors are really an inconvenience....does this happen to anyone else? Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Sandy

Sandy,
I have had the same problems. I went around and around with TechSupport, and they told me it was an AOL server problem. So, now, whenever I want to update my website, or work with my shows online, I open up Internet Explorer, and it works just fine.

Believe me, I feel your frustration! Any idea who we can contact through AOL to get this problem resolved?

AolThanks for the tip that it may be an AOL issue. I will just use the web-browser from now on. I've kept with AOL because I like the extra screen names (this way I keep business separate), but sheesh! :)

Have a great day,
Sandy

not just AOLI don't think it is only AOL... I've been having major problems the last 3 days too! And I don't have AOL. (Netzero?) I'm wondering if its just an overload with everyone logging on all at once to see all the new changes, and we're crashing the system... very frustrating to say the least.

no problems for me but I have cable interenet
