Anyone have any ideas on how to create a generic - non logo type of sign inexpensively. Merrill will take to long for a craft fair I have next weekend.

Go to a local print/banner shop. That's what I'm going to use for mine. They are not too expensive. They usually have a quick turn over.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some quick DIY sign ideas for craft fair displays?

Some quick DIY sign ideas include using chalkboards for a rustic look, creating poster board signs with bold lettering, or using repurposed wooden pallets to create unique signs. You can also use foam board for lightweight and easy-to-transport signs.

How can I make my signs stand out at a craft fair?

To make your signs stand out, use bright colors and large fonts that are easy to read from a distance. Incorporate eye-catching graphics or images related to your products, and consider adding lights or decorations to draw attention to your display.

What materials do I need for creating inexpensive craft fair signs?

Inexpensive materials for creating signs include poster board, foam board, chalkboard paint, wood scraps, and markers or paint. You can also use fabric or burlap for a textured look, and string lights or washi tape for added flair.

How can I ensure my signs are weather-resistant for outdoor fairs?

To make your signs weather-resistant, use waterproof materials like laminated poster boards or acrylic sheets. You can also apply a weatherproof sealant to wooden signs and avoid using paper that can easily get damaged by moisture.

Are there any tips for displaying prices effectively on my signs?

When displaying prices, use a clear and bold font that contrasts with the background. Consider using a separate sign for pricing, and keep it simple by listing only the price without additional text. You can also use color coding to indicate different price ranges or discounts.
