What is your voice mail/answering machine message?

I have on my home phone This is the home of x & x and Crystal's Pampered Chef office....blah blah blah.

My cell phone says You've reached the voicemail of Crystal's Pampered Chef office. blah blah blah. Thanks for calling & I hope that you have a Pampered Day.

I got a message this morning from a medical payment plan for my hospital stuff. He left his business message and then said, 'On a side note, I LOVE Pampered Chef products!'. You can believe that I was on my game when I called him back.

He was talking to me about becoming a consultant & that he would really love to do something like this. He doesn't have a consultant that he works with regularly. Got his info & will be sending him & his wife a mini. :D

My home phone says "You have reached the Stephens Residence and Jennifer Stephens, Pampered Chef Consultant, please, leave a message after the beep."

My cell phone says the same thing except for "Stephens Residence."

On a funny thought, our message is how my FIL found out I was selling PC. He left a message one day and when my husband called him back he asked What is PC? My MIL new but I guess he was not around when we talked about it! HA!

That's great Crystal!

That is awesome!

Hello there! This is Crystal, your Pampered Chef consultant. Thank you for calling my office, where we make every day a pampered day. If you're interested in becoming a consultant like my friend from the medical payment plan, let's chat about it. In the meantime, leave a message after the beep and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Happy cooking!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in my voicemail message for potential customers?

Your voicemail message should be friendly, concise, and informative. Start by introducing yourself and your business, mention that you are with Pampered Chef, and briefly explain what you offer. Include a call to action, encouraging them to call you back or visit your website for more information. Make sure to leave your contact number clearly.

How can a voicemail message attract new customers?

A well-crafted voicemail message can attract new customers by showcasing your personality and enthusiasm for your products. It creates a personal connection and shows that you are approachable. By providing clear information and a call to action, you encourage potential customers to reach out and learn more about what you offer.

What tone should I use in my voicemail message?

The tone of your voicemail message should be warm and inviting. Aim for a friendly and professional demeanor that reflects your personality and the values of Pampered Chef. Avoid sounding too formal or robotic; instead, let your enthusiasm for the products shine through to engage listeners.

Can I use a script for my voicemail message?

Yes, using a script can help you stay focused and ensure you cover all the important points in your voicemail message. However, it’s essential to sound natural and not overly rehearsed. Practice your message a few times to find a balance between sticking to your script and sounding conversational.

What follow-up actions should I take after leaving a voicemail?

After leaving a voicemail, consider sending a follow-up text or email if you have their contact information. This reinforces your message and provides another opportunity for them to connect with you. Additionally, be prepared to answer any questions they may have when they return your call, and follow up within a few days if you don’t hear back.
