P3 is the new Pampered Partner. It is included on your disc to update PP each season. P3 is also what new consultants are getting.tabnat80 said:Ok, I'm a little in the dark here. What is P3? I've got pampered partner 17.0 on my computer. Is P3 the same thing?

There is one chance to import data from a PP backup when you install P3. What you can do is install P3 to play with it, and continue to use PP for shows. Then when you're comfortable with P3, uninstall it, do one last backup of PP, and reinstall P3, importing the data. Then you'll have the lastest in P3 and be ready to go.tabnat80 said:When I change over to p3 will the pampered partner info/show info covert over too?

Keeping show receipts is essential for tracking your sales and expenses. They provide a clear record of transactions, which can help you manage your finances, prepare for taxes, and analyze your sales performance over time.
It is generally recommended to keep show receipts for at least three to seven years. This timeframe aligns with IRS guidelines for tax records, ensuring you have documentation in case of an audit or if you need to reference past transactions.
After recording the details of your show receipts in your financial records, you can organize them in a filing system. Consider categorizing them by month or event type, and store them in a safe place, either physically or digitally, to ensure easy access when needed.
Yes, if you have scanned or photographed your show receipts and stored them securely, you can discard the physical copies. However, ensure that the digital copies are clear and legible, and back them up to prevent loss.
If you lose a show receipt, try to obtain a duplicate from the customer or the Pampered Chef system if possible. If that’s not an option, make a note of the transaction details in your records, including the date, amount, and items sold, to maintain accurate financial documentation.
