I'm doing three round table sessions on Sat at our Regional Conference on this topic. I want to use 3/4 of the time selling the dream to potential recruits and 1/4 of time rekindling the dream in downline and yourself. What would you suggest? Any fliers or notes out there already done?
 
One of the big things the workshop focused on was "what makes PC a dream job" Stuff like flexibility, money, training, trips, free products, etc. Also setting goals and how PC can help you acheive those goals. I think there's a flier out there somewhere too.
 
I would suggest focusing on the benefits and opportunities that your company offers to potential recruits. Highlight the success stories of current members and how they have achieved their dreams through your company. This will help to sell the dream and show the potential for growth and success.For the remaining time, you could discuss strategies for rekindling the dream in downline members and yourself. This could include setting goals, creating a positive mindset, and staying motivated. You could also share any success stories or tips from experienced members on how they have reignited their passion for the business.As for flyers or notes, you could create a handout with key points and takeaways from your session. You could also share any success stories or testimonials from current members to inspire and motivate others.Overall, the key is to focus on the positive aspects of the business and how it can help people achieve their dreams.
