I am so sorry that your director hasn't been in contact with you.holly1594 said:Brandie...I would just like to Thank You for helping your recruit with her first show!
If it was not for everyone on chefsuccess, I would be totally lost! I asked my Director if she would please help me with my first show. She said and I quote "If I help you with your show you will not learn how to do them yourself and I can't be with your for all of your shows!" I have not seen her or heard from her since....I signed up in December 2006. I wish that I could have signed up with someone who cares!
Your first recruit's performance at her first show can vary based on several factors, including her preparation, product knowledge, and audience engagement. It's important to review her sales numbers and feedback from attendees to gauge her success.
A realistic sales goal for a first show could range from $200 to $500, depending on the size of her network and the products being showcased. Encouraging her to aim for a specific number can help motivate her and give her a target to work towards.
Offering support can include providing her with training materials, helping her set up the show, and being available for questions. Additionally, attending the show with her can boost her confidence and provide real-time assistance.
If your recruit faces challenges during her first show, it's important to provide constructive feedback and encouragement. Discuss what went well and what could be improved, and offer to role-play or practice for future shows to build her skills.
