Ultimate New Recruit Checklist for Starting a Successful Business

In summary, a New Recruit Checklist is a document used to guide the onboarding process for new employees. It should include tasks such as paperwork, training, equipment setup, team introductions, and providing resources. It is important because it helps to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience. The HR department is typically responsible for creating the checklist, but managers and team leaders may also be involved. The checklist should be used for every new hire and completed within their first few weeks.

Does anyone have a Checklist that they give to new recruits? I'm meeting with mine in a few days to go over everything that she needs to do ahead of time to get her business rolling (checking account, basic office supplies, email address....) I'm trying to remember everything that I did when I first started. I want her to be prepared with what she needs, but I don't want her to feel like she needs to spend a bunch of money to get started.

Jilleysue, this should be right up your alley!:p
