I am going to be doing 4 or 5 shows before valentines and I want to do "Death by Chocolate" theme shows. Anyone got any really good recipes????

Chocolate Lava CakeIngredients:- 1 cup butter- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate- 4 eggs- 4 egg yolks- 1/2 cup sugar- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour- 1/4 tsp salt- Powdered sugar for dustingInstructions:1.
